The Compo Collective screens families as carefully as we screen nannies. Every caregiver in our network is a professional who deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and fairness. By joining our network, you agree to treat caregivers as valued professionals — communicating clearly, paying promptly, and maintaining the same standards of kindness we ask of them.

Network nannies may not be engaged for private babysitting outside of bookings made through The Compo Collective. Any such arrangement will result in removal from the network for both parties.
